Sample circuit training

Each exercise is done for 60 seconds. Each circuit is 2 exercises. One "gym" exercise followed by a body weight or plyometric exercise. Rep range is up to you. Just go for 2 minutes. Rest is getting from one circuit to another.

calf raise/jump rope
front squat/box jump
Romanian dead lift (RDL)/burpee
clean and press/tuck jump
barbell curl/farmer's walk
renegade row/pull-ups (pull-up until failure but don't let go of the bar)
tricep extension/stability ball push ups

chest press/pop push-ups
upright row/chin-ups (chin-up until failure but don't let go of the bar)

You use k/bells in circuit workout or do you use them separatly as one full k/bell workout? Also, when I sometimes do circuit training I don't like to use weights, but rather just stick to calisthenics and k/bells but no barbells or dumbells.

this is done with the 40 guys on the HS wrestling team 4 guys per circuit 10 circuits. We use dumb bells and barbells in the HS weight room logistically it is the easiest thing to do.

We want at least 2 times through each segment. 40 minutes non-stop work. With change overs total time is about 45-50 minutes.
