how much is to much
my team has just recently started having morning practices in addition to our after school ones. i have been working out after our afterschool practices and on weekends on my own. my question, is this too much? how do i know if i am over doing it?

At this point in the season you just about can't overwork yourself, provided you are getting enough sleep and proper nutrition. You should be sleeping 8 hours a night--more sometimes--and eating a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, lean protein, light dairy, whole grains, and LOTS of water.
