    I kind of glossed over the 31 percent body fat at first. In that case I think you should attempt to lose some weight even it means getting under the 189 lb limit and as Jensen suggested drink fluids before weigh ins to meet the required weight minimum.

    I really think you emphasis should be on getting as fit and conditioned as possible and using that as your best asset.

    Forget about getting up to the 215 lb limit as it is not really possible or beneficial at this point to do so.

    you should not even consider gaining a pound of anything til you get that 31% # way down-get in shape and go 171. If you weigh 196 with 31% body fat you can lose 25 pounds over the next two months easier than getting your body fat down and trying to gain weight at the same time -Certification for HS isn't until December -what was your record last year ? If you were 29-2 I'd say try the 215 -if you were 10-10 get your self ready for the rest of your life .
