Yes it is possible. Do a lot of activities that will make you sweat, it will make you lose fat. Go out for a jog everyday. Eat clean, eat stuff that is as low in fat as possible, and eat a little less. All this while becoming more active or it won't work as effectively.
Workout more often, and jog a lot (make sure you sweat), you will lose a lot of weight easily as long as you combine it with eating food that is low in fat as possible.
Oh, and also, try to eat food that is as low in sugar as possible.
Long story short: Eat right, exercise a lot.
