I love this lift single leg with dumb bells or standard with a straight bar. Good exercise for lower back glutes and hams. Dont need to use a lot of weight and good form is necessary for full affect.

I've been using it pretty steadily for the last year and a half or so. I kind of rotate back and forth between them and good mornings.
Nop, and can't do it because my gym only invested in smith machines.![]()
