play soccer or run cross country in the fall. that will take care of your cardio.depending on whether your going to cut weight or move up a weight i would take my pre-season weight training differently. assuming you are dropping weight you do not want to add muscle, or loose it. i'd do weights with interval routines, mimic wrestling with some of the routines, use a sand bag etc., cleans, shouldering, for time. wrestle a lot. push ups, sit ups, squat thrusts, chin ups, jump rope. grip training.

I'll back up what 518 said. Three areas new wrestlers almost always need work on: Cardio-vascular, trunk, and grip. I get lots of football players with bulging biceps and great quads, but their grip-strength is pitiful.
