Training Help
Hey bros, i'm goin to a prowrestling school in 6 months to chase a dream and i need some help from some guys who have wrestling for a while. We didnt have a wrestling team in high school but i did play football. As far as the lifts for wrestling go are they any yall do that football player dont? What type of cardio do you guys do? Any input would be appreciated?

Lots of cardio such as running and sprints.

aite bro, ive gotta friend who does the mma who said that the circuit routines are great for intensity and endurance. will this apply to wrestling training?

Yes that will help also. But running and sprints are pretty much the main exercises for aerobic and anerobic endurance. Also bodyweight training is a must have because it helps you muscle endurance.

By bodyweight exercises you mean, dips, pullups, pushups etc.?

For maximum strength and muscle gains, I would suggest the 5x5 program with just a barbell, some plates, and a whole bunch of compound exercises.
