    Yeah, I know how to do snatches. I spent 3 months learning them, but which ones do you mean? KBell/DB snatches or Barbell?

    kettlebell snatches. great endurance work out is start at 10 and work your way down to 1. use a manageable weight. 10 reps left, 10 right, then 9L and 9R etc.. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. time yourself. then try and improve your time each work out. 110 reps. killer.
