Favorite Movement/Movements
Simple question, that in my personal opinion has a simple answer.
I'll wait for a few responses before I chime in with mine though.

Re: Favorite Movement/Movements
Since I asked the question I guess its only fair that I answer it first. Counting down...
3. Muscle Ups: Out of the three this is the movement that I've been doing for the shortest length of time thereby also making it the move that I'm the worst at. Just a fun thing to do and since they're new they're something that I'm really focused on getting better at.
2. Overhead Squats: For the longest time this was my ego exercise. Also the subject of my greatest gym misfortune story.
1. Deadlifts: Nothing better in terms of lifting anyway than picking heavy stuff up off the ground

Re: Favorite Movement/Movements
Best bang for your buck exercise, IMO is :
Double Kettlebell Long Cycle Clean and Jerk
You use every muscle in you posterior chain, quads, calf, abs, forearms, biceps/triceps, shoulders..
Whenever I want a short intense workout, I do the long cycle.

Re: Favorite Movement/Movements
I've always kind of wondered, and I apologize if I've asked you this before what exactly do you mean when you say "long cycle?"

Re: Favorite Movement/Movements
Long cycle simply means clean and jerk for time or "cycle".. in competitions long cycle generally is 5-10 minutes. believe me doing a 10 minute long cycle with doubles will put it on you.
