Default Split training or push and pull days?

which do you think is best...i just got back from j robinson 28 day camp the other day,and they gave us all their workouts and i know all the plyos that we did at camp, but i was doing split training before i went to camp, but now they said to do the push pull workouts, but theyu dont have nearly enough emphasis on muscles that should probably get more...

you have to search around and find what works for you.. take pieces from all that you have learned and incorporate it into a routine that maximizes your training.

This was going to be the basis of my response as well.

Take a look at Grecowrestler13's, gjfovf's, and my log's here in this section. Pick and choose and find what works for you.

There isn't a magic routine or a one size fits all method to getting stronger.
