I'm going to start including diet in here as of tomorrow. Please, anyone that reads, feel free to give advice. I'm about 205 right now and would like to get back down to 195. Thanks!

Okay, I have been slacking with writing everything down. I am still exercising...cardio and weights everyday on top of wrestling practice. I am just not making mental note of exactly what I do. And what I eat. Gonna get back on that.

Ok, I have been really slacking with updating this as of late.
Yesterday, I had USAW FS states, so I wrestled all day.
Today, I did:
5 sets 5 lat pullovers with 95, 5 sets 3 with 115, 3 sets 1 with 135
60 pull ups
20 mins. wall sit
1 hr hard shadow wrestling
30 mins cardio

I think Anerobic cardio would be more beneficial both for burning fat and for wrestling. Instead of long distance runs or bikes, try intervals. I've read many resources (both wrestling and general conditioning) that states aerobic conditioning can actually be detrimental to you. Don't take my word for it though, try researching it or something.
