    Bench Press - 315x5x3
    Squat - 385x15x2
    Deadlift - 495x6, 405x10
    Pullups - 3 sets of 20
    Leg Raises - 3 sets of 10, slow and bringing legs to parallel, hold for 5 seconds each rep
    Man Makers - 3 sets of 15 with 40 lb. dumbells

    If I'm reading those squat numbers right that is absolutely beastly...

    Just joking. Those numbers are inflated. I actually only did 190x15. My best was 275x15 in grad school, 385x6 when I was playing college football. I have to be more careful now because I hurt my back deadlifting in grad school.
