I'd be lying to you if I said I could still do these. After a series of injuries, kids and eventually back surgery, I've had to since back off from training for awhile.
Anyways, my training used to consist of this. Now, I didn't own any weights, so I worked out the old fashioned way.
Running:Consisted of no less than 3 miles a morning. Got up at 5am, everyday and ran no matter what the weather was like.
Exercise: No less than 200 push ups and 300 sit ups everyday.
Weights: I did have weight training my senior year, but still maintained my other workout during my early years and during my senior year. I cut and stacked logs of wood everyday.
