Worked on singles. Worked on wrestling from a neck clinch. Worked on hand fighting and arm drags.
My one nice move for the entire 75-minute session was an arm drag to a single, changed it to a double, then finished the takedown.

Rolled around with a submission kid. Sucked. Got triangled in the end.
Got in with some collegiate guys. Got thrown on my head a lot. Sprawled okay a couple of times. Need to work on my ground game. Reversals, etc.
