    Default Off season practice

So obviously its off season for collegiate highschool wrestling. I'm looking for some tips/advice for not workingout but practicing my moves because I don't have access too a mat, obviously most other surfaces will mess up my body and any gear I use. So what other alternatives are there, I'd like too atleast be able too practice the basics on my rest days from working out. any advice is much appreciated!

If you have a carpeted room in your house you can shadow wrestle all day. Just move some furniture out of the way and you can practice all you want.

If you don't have anyone to wrestle with, you can buy a wrestling dummie or takedown machine.
