    Shuttle runs on basket ball courts 10 sets at end of each set 10 burpees
    Sprints 8 sets 10 burpees after each set basketball court
    Leapfrog 6 sets basketball court
    Bear Crawls 4 sets up and down hill
    1 mile run
    Walk half a mile home
    Mental toughness is to physical as four is to one.

    jogged up the mointain by my house about a 5 mile run

    thosee really helped they make working out alot better
