front squat overhead press challenge at half your body weight for me 70 lbs got to 1/2 of 6 first try then i wrapped my wrists and got 5 and the front squats but only 2 overhead presses
because theres no breaks and you cant put the weight down its really hard you should try

Man im nervous i wrote up some intense workout to do its kinda scary lets see how fast it takes for me to feel like im going to die
