    Hey all,
    so I would like to be at 160 next year for my team. so let me give you some info so you guys could help (Please). so at the start of the year i was 206 at 25.4% bodyfat. right now i am 193 after eating, but i cut down to this weight pretty quickly so i definitely lost some muscle. so i want to get to 160 next season, so i am shooting to be around 165 naturally. can anyone help give me a diet plan and workout during the summer. btw, during the summer i basically have the whole day to do what i want, so i can do lots of cardio and stuff because i have no problems with time commitment. any help is really appreciated because i also need to lose weight to be eligible to apply to the naval academy.

    First of all, don't wait until the summer. Begin healthy habits now... See above sticky thread for a sample diet plan. Body Fat has to come way down, that will come with diet and resistance training, not just cardio training. Good luck.

    I did see the menu in the sticky thread, but the problem is i go to a boarding school, so i can only get 3 meals a day because its not open when its not meal time.

    sample weight loss menu above. also, if possible bring fruit back to your room. do you have a refrigerator? 100 calorie granola bars, peanut butter, protein powder.. these are foods that you can store at room temp to have as "inbetween" meals..

    i do have a refrigerator so what would you suggest i put in there?

    milk, low fat yogurt, fruit, any type of lean (cooked) protein- sliced turkey or grilled chicken breast, cottage cheese, salsa, raw veggies-broccoli, peppers, carrots, celery.. Basically anything that you can swipe from the salad bar at school and store so it doesn't spoil.

    low fat cottage cheese with cut up fruit. Or just plain. 1 cup only
