    Tried to swing today. Hamstring is still really tender, back to the ski machine.

    20 sets of 15 seconds on 5 seconds off for 5 rounds 1 minute rest inbetween rounds
    300 seconds on (5 minutes)
    100 seconds off (1:40) per round

    Round 1
    burpees
    push press r/l (at least 5 reps each arm w/28 kg bell)
    pull up ( at least 5)
    plank

    Round 2
    push ups ( At least 10)
    sit outs l/r ( at least 4 each side)
    jump squats w/ BBB ( at least 10)
    2 handed swing w/ 24 kg bell ( At least 8)

    Round 3
    crunches (at least 12)
    dips (at least 8)
    mountain climbers
    Double front squat w/ 24kg bells ( at least 5)
    ring rows ( at least 10)

    Round 4
    BBB spins (at least 12)
    BBB snap downs (at least 8)
    BBB hammer curls (at least 10)
    side plank l/r

    Round 5
    jumping jacks
    lunges
    tuck jumps
    upright row
    double cleans w/ 24kg (at least 7)
    renegade row

    32kg+32kg then follow RIGHT AWAY with 24kg+24 5,7,9,11,13,15,9,7,5,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 (2 min rest) Note: so do 5 reps with 32kg bells then right away do 5 reps with 24kg bells. Rest 2 min. Do 7 reps with 32kg bells, then right away do 7 reps with 24kg bells. Repeat for other sets
