    Just got home from 6 am conditioning practice I had a 25lb vest

    5 sets of bear crawl hill climbs forward up backward down
    5 sets buddy carries up/down the hill
    15 minutes of jog and whistle sprints on the track
    50 yards of wheelbarrows
    50 yards of frog hops
    100 yards of see-saw press ( I used 20kg k-bells) team used 25lb dumb bells
    15 minutes of Ladder sprints on the football field

    5x5 double 20kg clean and front squat
    5 sets of ladder presses 24kg
    2x5 tgus 24kg

    30 minute run
    5x5 RDL
    5x5 Clean and press w/ 165lb barbell
    5x5 Bent Over Row w/ 165lb barbell
    5x5 Lunge w/ 185lb barbell
    5x5 Front Squat/Push Press w/ 185lb barbell
    5x5 Curl w/ 135lb barbell

    Not a big fan of linear exercise, but just to change it up I used barbells today. Was surprised how easy 185 felt on front squats and push presses. Decent workout.

    2- 30 minute full body circuits
    10 exercises x 15 reps x 5 times through each 30 minute segment

    The goal is to get 1500 reps in 60 minutes
