    9/4

    Pushups(13 Sets; 30, 20, 20, 20, 15, 15, 15, 15, 10, 10, 10, 10,10)

    Calf Raises( 5 Sets; 50, 50, 50, 50, 50)

    Squats(20 minutes straight)

    Dips(14 Sets; 20, 20, 20, 15, 15, 15, 15, 15, 12, 12, 12, 10 ,10, 10)
    TRAIN LIKE A MADMAN!

    Calve Raises(5 Sets: 50, 50, 50, 50 ,50)

    Crunches on Ball (3 Sets: 20, 20, 20)

    Rear Delt Flyes with Resistance Band(6 Sets: 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20) (Heaviest Band)

    Chinups(11 Sets: 15, 15, 15, 15, 12, 12, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10)
    TRAIN LIKE A MADMAN!

    Sometimes I'll use weight. I'll do it twice during the weekdays.

    I tried this today with my wrestling teamates it a serious workout but i like it. It must make you physically stonger!
