    Squats(20 minutes straight)

    Dips(14 Sets; 20, 20, 20, 15, 15, 15, 15, 15, 12, 12, 12, 10 ,10, 10)
    TRAIN LIKE A MADMAN!

    Crunches on Ball (3 Sets: 20, 20, 20)

    Rear Delt Flyes with Resistance Band(6 Sets: 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20) (Heaviest Band)

    Chinups(11 Sets: 15, 15, 15, 15, 12, 12, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10)

    Yea I know. Just after like after my 2 or 3 set my legs are on fire.

    Sometimes I'll use weight. I'll do it twice during the weekdays.

    I tried this today with my wrestling teamates it a serious workout but i like it. It must make you physically stonger!

    The hell it does! Like every two weeks or so I'll add another set or two with more reps.
