    Usually my workout are about 2hours or longer. It depends on how long it takes for me to get all of my exercises done that I have planned for that day.

    Breaks between sets depend on exercise. For squats, bench, deadlift, OHP and other compound exercises I usually take 3min breaks or longer. I take about 1-2min breaks between BW exercises. 60-90 second breaks for resistance band exercises.
