    You can do them with a dumbell. It is a bit more awkward, but it is definitely an exercise for you. Cotter showing the technique.

    What is your wrestling session like? And how long is it?

    They usually last around 2 hours. The first 1.30 or 1.45 hours all we do is just drill and go through a few moves to perfect our technique. Then the last 30 or 15 minutes we do live wrestling.
