    BODYPUMP by LesMills

    I decided to take a break from things and try out the BodyPump class by LesMills on this day. It was challenging and I enjoyed it. It was very tough class.

    BODYPUMP? is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.

    Basically, it is a big strength and endurance workout, which is awesome!
