    Wrestling.
    30 minutes of jump rope.

    Squats-5x5 @175lbs. 3x3 @185lbs.

    Pullups- 12x10

    Weighted Calf Raises-6x15 @175lbs

    Chest Expansion with Band-5x20 (Heaviest Band)

    Inverted Rows-5x10

    Chinups-12x10

    Wasn't able to complete 3 other exercises, so I'm not happy about that, but great workout overall.

    Also, for the past two weeks, I've been doing as many sets of 15 pushups throught the day, everyday. I'll continue to be doing this 24/7.

    I've seen and heard about them before, but I never really tried them. Mainly because I can't get my hands on a kettlebell. I heard they are suppose to be great for total body exercise?
