Before I post up my workout for this date, I wanted to go ahead and put down these measurements I took over 2 weeks ago. The P90X Workout advises to take measurements before and after to see results, so I went ahead and took them and these are it:
Weight: 162.4lbs
Chest- 40 Inches
Waist- 30 Inches
Hips- 34 Inches
Right Thigh- 22 Inches
Left Thigh- 21 1/2 Inches
Right Arm- 13 Inches
Left Arm- 13 Inches
Right Calf- 13 1/2 Inches
Left Calf- 13 1/2 Inches
Neck-15 1/2 Inches
I took these sometime in the first week of the beginning of P90X, so these are officially my starting measurements. I'll measure again soon just to see if anything happened. I took pictures, but I'll keep those to myself.
