    Just for a reference, all of my wrestling practices with conditioning labeled in them; the conditioning segment of my practice almost always and usually consist of long and hard live situations and matches, sprints, and random BW exercises along with the sprints. Also, before practice we play a 20 minute game of Rugby. Our live wrestling part of practice usually lasts for about 20-30 minutes or longer depending on the day.
    Just for anyone wondering what the conditioning part of practice consisted of.

    Even though we do live wrestling and situations every day of every practice, we always make it alot harder and loner on specific conditioning days when we really work our conditioning segment of the practices. We'll usually do grind matches and a bunch of other crazy stuff that takes up around 80-90% of our practices.

    On some days, we'll just usually go all live that day or do several long grind matches that make up the entire practice. That alone kicks my ass. No need for sprints or any extra conditioning after that. Practices usually last 2 hours anyways.
