Notes: Today was exhausting! I started working out around 5:30PM. Like 6 hours before I usually workout. I barely made it through. My squats felt real good today after going up 5lbs. Deadlift was real hard since moving up 10lbs. My form looked real bad in the mirror but I didn't fell like I was hurting myself at all. Did not feel any pain. After the entire workout I was exhausted. My lower back took a real big toll after those squats and deadlifts. I need to start adding in some hyperextensions to this workout.
