Affiliate had this programmed as the WOD today, I liked the look of it but I knew I wanted to do something else after I lifted so I hit it as a warm up. Went at it like I do pretty much all sprint repeats on the rower. All out on the first one, then pour whatever is left into the last three and try not to fall off much.

Really liked this, and will look to hit more workouts in this ascending ladder style where I combine things that I'm not good at with pushing my prowler. Fell just short of my goal of completing the round of 10 here.
