    This was good. 9 reps either ties my PR at 135 or is a new PR have to check that out. Trying to be a little more conservative with my weight jumps as I work back up here to ensure more reps on my AMRAP sets.

    This was good, good testing type workout. Got 27 in the first minute going really quick. Things slowed down a little bit afterward but still kept a good pace.

    This sucked. Not a personal worst, but :46 off my still very slow PR. Haven't touched thrusters in a while so while they were all unbroken they were slower than they should have been.

    Pull Ups were what they generally always are, poor. First round was 14/7, second and third rounds were very broken and slow.

    Week 2 of Wendler, this went well. Much more comfortable through out than I was last week as I continue to get comfortable with doing heavier weights for multiple reps. This may be a new 5RM or it may be my first 5RM I don't really recall doing this movement for 5's very often.

    Run 1 Mile (Untimed)

    Since I'd gone hard earlier with my guys I did this at like 75-80%, didn't even turn a clock on. Wound up somewhere between 7:30-8:00 which was fine by me.

    Second week of Wendler here. Unlike last week decided to go touch and go on the AMRAP set. Kept my shoes on through out and as a result felt kind of off balance as I tried to go touch and go on the AMRAP.

    Happy with this given how grip heavy this was. Didn't burn out on the toes to bar. They broke, but they broke when I wanted them to. Times stayed pretty consistent through all three rounds which is what I was looking for on something like this.

    Just felt off today. Was about to the point of losing it when I finally made the clean at 260. After I did that I figured I'd take one shot at a PR but that was just too heavy.

    This was only the third or fourth time that I've ever made 200+ legitimately (meaning not coming up off a knee) so I was very happy with how things wound up shaking out today.

    Sat in the bottom for a second to stabilize my last three lifts before standing up with them.

    Love this workout. Unlike the last time I did this I pushed on the barbell right up until the next minute came rather than putting the bar down with 4 or 5 seconds to go and it wound up paying off.

    Did what I was looking to do here. Goal is 340x5 by the end of February and this puts me on track for what I'm trying to do. Wasn't sure I'd get this as sets felt heavy as I was warming up.

    Slow compared to some of my other times on this workout, but I felt like this was a good effort. I did a better job of stringing sets together here, I guess I was just moving slowly while I strung them together. Shoulders were a little tired.

    Was what I figured it was going to be, short and sweet. Goal was 6:30 but was going to be alright with anything under 7:00. Push ups were easy and then felt like I kept a good pace on the runs given the limited rest.

    Heavy week of Wendler here. Would have liked to get one more rep on the AMRAP set just because 5 is a nice round number, but its not that big a deal. Nice way to finish the first cycle of Wendler here.

    All overhead squats were unbroken per normal, and they felt noticeably easier after having done higher rep work with heavier weights during these three weeks of Wendler.

    Was all in the runs, and really felt like I pushed hard on them and kept a good pace up.

    This was alright. Double unders felt inefficient today, after a long first string I couldn't really get comfortably rolling again.

    Goal was at least 30 handstand push ups so I was happy there. Didn't go until failure like I did on Friday.
