    hey jensens, for your snatches, are you doing 5 per arm per set? (so in essence are you doing 5x(5+5)?)

    I have a question, is there a reason for why you do sets with reps 8, 10, and 15? I'm just use to doing a low number of reps for pure strength so that is why I ask you.

    I'm not just trying to pack on pure strength and bulk.

    I tend to go with low numbers for my compound stuff, but go higher reps for my secondary stuff I like to jack the reps up for more endurance based stuff.
