    Not what I wanted to do on either lift, was shooting for at least 8 on the Press and then obviously would have liked to make that last back squat.

    It was enough though that I'm not going to beat myself up over things especially given my less than optimal training/nutrition situation with traveling to and from the cert, and the fact that I was really rushing things to try and get out of the gym after I got done coaching.

    Slower than I wanted to be here (wanted sub 8:00) but its some kind of PR from when I did this a year ago, and most importantly I made it through without ripping my hands.

    After making that Clean and Jerk I could have been 2 or 3 minutes slower and I'd have still left the gym happy.

    Was decidedly not looking forward to this coming into the workout, but it wound up not being as bad as I thought it would.

    Paced the wall balls, sumo's, and row perfectly. Could have done more on the box and the push press.

    Plan today was to work up to something heavy, and if it felt good go for a PR. 445 felt very heavy so I backed the weight down hit a little more volume and called it a day.

    6x30 meters @140 lbs

    First time getting the chance to play with the new toy at the gym. Did the first three rounds on using the high handles. Alternated between high and low over the course of the last six.

    15 rep PR here, so I certainly can't complain. Sit ups and squats were much better than they'd been in the past. Pull ups moved up by a rep or two. Push ups actually regressed by a couple from the last time I did this.

    This was OK.

    Initially I had decided to go from the back with a narrower grip than I was used to, but after I pushed 245 up and lost it forward for the third time in a row, I threw a little temper tantrum and dropped weight down and worked back up from the front.

    245 and 260 felt really solid, was just slow on 275. Its there if I commit to it.

    Had been wanting to do this for a while.

    Rows were all solid, ranged from 1:39-1:43. Runs were tough. Running right into a nasty headwind on the way back in.

    This was rough.

    Stupid me I wound up taking barbells without a center knurl for the farmers carries and as a result never really felt comfortable there. I had one round where I kept the bars even the whole way down.

    Wall balls were absolutely atrocious here too.

    I enjoyed this.

    Double Unders were broken after the first round but I broke them deliberately because I was trying to stay somewhat fresh in order to go 7 for 7 on the snatches.

    Made them all save for the 6th attempt which I left out front just because I was being lazy. I did an extra rep after the workout was over to make up for that one that I missed.
