    Putting the stuff I learned at the Wilkes Seminar last weekend to the test here. Things were feeling great on the first five reps, but then I decided that I was going to be stupid about getting under the bar once I put 195 on.

    1:29.7 (PR: 1:26.6)

    Starting to play around with the damper settings here, did this at 10 and was on pace to beat my PR up until around 150 m to go and just died. Might try this again next week at 9 which I think may wind up being my sweet spot.

    Got next to no sleep last night, so in retrospect this probably wasn't the best workout to hit this morning but it is what it is.

    If I had the time I would have grinded through all seven rounds, but I had to get to work.

    Thrusters felt absurdly heavy today.

    All of these felt pretty good. 295 would have been a five pound PR for a triple had I gotten the third rep.

    I suck at doing sit ups fast.

    Much tougher than I thought it was going to be, specifically holding the hook grip on the power cleans and then just the box jumps in general.

    Nice and steady. 30-45 seconds between reps. One missed clean.

    1:00 Burpee Wall Balls (12/11/10/11/10)
    1:00 Sit Ups (28/25/24/24/25)

    180 Reps total

    Surprised by how well I did with this. Burpee wall balls took a round or two to get used to.

    Really not a workout that was built for me. L-Sits were there but it was a weak looking L.

    Got 175 on video, push presses were the toughest part of all five sets. All sets felt good though.
