    DU's were ugly as all hell but mostly unbroken (1, 3, and 4 broke once. 2 was unbroken) up until the last round. Did better here than I thought I would.

    10 Rope Climbs @15'
    100 Ring Push Ups
    100 Squat Cleans @115
    100 Sit Ups
    100 Pull Ups
    Run 400 m

    Squat cleans were hardest part of this workout by far. Spent ~1/3 of the workout getting through them.

    By far my weakest of the big five lifts. Trying to tuck my elbows more to get a better upward drive on the bar, 165 today tied my PR. Start a 5/3/1 cycle with this next week.

    4 Rounds in 13:12. Finished the deadlifts of my fourth round with :33 on the clock and just let the clock run as I went off to hit the 400 m.

    Been doing a similar on to this for a couple of years.. my kids hate it, but it is an awesome workout.

    I did a lot better with that workout than I thought I was going to do going into it, it was tough but steady...
