Hell of a way to start the week off with my hands still beat up from the second half of last week. There was a 10:00 cap on each section of the work out, as a result I was only able to do 85 pull ups. Moved through everything else fine.

Great day today. Came in shooting for 900 and would have gotten it had I not failed on my second strict press rep. Got the weight up but wound up using a little leg drive so they didn't count it.
Really happy with the 405 deadlift

Of all the stuff in Crossfit programming the two things that I hate the most are 400 meter repeats and burpees, hell of a way to start the week off.
