    I'm 5'11". I stepped on the scale today for the first time in a couple weeks and weighed 197.4

    Sheesh, I was beginning to wonder if you'd stopped working out or something.

    What are overhead shrugs? How can you shrug if the bar is overhead?

    I don't know how much you weigh, but it looks like you're hoisting some decent weight no matter what.
