    5x5 1 Arm DB Snatches @60
    4x6 Man Makers @35

    Cut the weights down on these some since this is the first time in two weeks and only like the second time in a month that I've done these do a number of things.

    Upped OHS and 1 Arm Snatches back up towards their peak levels. Not there yet but I'll be back there soon.
