Barbell Gymnastics
1) Work to a 1RM Clean from Blocks (Above the Knee).

Alright with making it up to 265 after not having done this for a while, but I had bigger plans today. Form was just off, feet were coming off ground too much. Not quick enough to the bottom.
2) Work to a 1RM Split Jerk
95x5, 185x1, 215x1, 245x1, 275x1, 295x1, 308x0, 308x0, 308x0
Building a little bit from last week. Shoulders felt noticeably fatigued here. Kept pushing the 308 out in front of me. Know I can do it, just have to hit positions.

This was pretty cool. Threw this together kind of spur of the moment. Wanted to do all of these movements but was struggling to find a way to fit them all in. Had never done a workout in this format before.
First workout in a while that I've gone into with literally no idea how it was going to feel on the whole.
