I'm basically weighing 122 lbs with clothes and shoes on. Also with food in my system, so I'm assuming I probably weigh much less. The thing about me is that I'm naturally jacked for my height age and size. I'm about 5'4 and very lean. I would also assume low body fat too.
My purpose is not to gain weight because I want to wrestle 119, possibly even 115 (3lb allowance) , because I really do want to get stronger, and increase my cardiovascular strength.
Anyways, to cut to the chase, those "supplements" seemed to be the popular ones around here, but I'm ESPECIALLY interested in the effects of Jacked, Creatine, and L Glutamine, but if you know the effects of the others, feel free to share.
By the way, Cross Country Practice (to get in shape for wrestling) is always kicking my ass because of the cardio, will Jack3d help?
