Hey everyone this my training log.
Goal: To get stronger mentally and physically, faster/quicker, more explosive, drop some fat, become an excellent wrestler, and to get ready for this upcoming season.
Stats: 5'10
145 lbs
14 years old/ freshman in hs
12-13% body fat
Right now I am out of shape and weak, but my workouts will improve soon.
Pushups:10 sets of 10 with 30 sec rest in between each set
Rest 3 mins
Chinups: 10 sets of 5 with 1:30 rest between
Rest 3 mins
Hindu squats: 4 sets of 25 with 1:30 rest between
