Start of running 5k a day for like 2-3 weeks and lift weights. We'll go from there

Before I make any suggestions. How is your overall health? What are your goals? What is your diet like? How old are you? Have you ever trained w/ kettlebells? When was the last time you did strenous exercise, i.e. a 5k? How is your flexibility? These are important questions that MHS failed to address.

Flex every morning when you wake up, every night before you go to sleep and before/after exercise. You will see results quickly.
