    Electric!! Protein shakes

    I've been drinkin' whey protien with milk before and after my workout and I don't really like the taste. Is there anything else that tastes better and is even healthier?
    And also is it true that if you drink whey during wrestling, you have a more difficult time cutting weight?

    Whey will make it a little hard cutting weight. But the only reason to take whey is to gain weight really. If you're looking for some recovery stuff for in-season, use L-Glutamine, but only on an empty stomach. As far as better tasting stuff, most sups are gonna taste pretty nasty. It would be even worse with water. What kind do you have though?

    ALWAYS buy vanilla. With vanilla, if you have a blender, you can add bananas, strawberries, peanut butter(careful with the PB),etc to give it whatever taste you feel like that day.

    Straight up. But fruit punch cell-tech tastes way better than choco whey and works way better

    if you're trying to build muscle after workout then whey protein is the way to go, however if it's in-season, like mhs189 said, go with a recovery drink.

    The two best recovery drinks are L-Glutamine and Creatine. However, with creatine, if you are practicing everyday, it'll probably make you very dehydrated and give you a huge headache. With glutamine, it's perfect if your cutting weight because you are suppose to take it on an empty stomach
