    Default Endurance Workout Log

    On my quest to keep my cardio up:

    june 7
    x4
    1 set:
    50 prison squats
    20 staggered pushups
    50 alternating squats
    20 push ups
    50 jumping squats
    20 explosive pushups

    no rest inbetween exercises, 40 sec between sets

    june 8
    x1
    20,20,20 bench press (65% max rep)
    20,20,20 close-grip bench press (65% max rep)
    15,15,15 skullcrushers
    21,21,21 twenty-ones
    15,15,15 push n' jerk (75% max rep)
    35,30,25,20,20,15,15,10,10 dips
    40,35,30,20,20,10,10,5,5 pushups

    15 sec rest between each set 10 sec rest between each exercise

    Add 20 minutes of jumping rope at the beginning and end and you are there .

    I do 6 minute interval jump roping and ab exercises at the begginning for warm up then end with another 6 min intervel rope with back exercises, but I will try just straight 15 minutes. Thanks

    *best form as possible (no kippings)*
    circuit:
    21/21/21 wide grip pull-ups, jumping squats, pushups
    15/15/15 wide grip pull-ups, jumping squats, pushups
    10/10/10 wide grip pull-ups, jumping squats, pushups
    8/8/8 wide grip pull-ups, jumping squats, pushups
    5/5/5 wide grip pull-ups, jumping squats, pushups
    1/1/1 wide grip pull-ups, jumping squats, pushups

    no rest inbetween exercises 15 sec rest inbetween sets

    june 9
    circuits @ the park:
    x3
    2 min -pull-up bar *freestyle
    2 min -dip ramp *freestyle
    2 min -elevated pushups *freestyle
    2 min -squats *freestyle
    x1
    1.5 mile run (under 6:30)

    *freestyle:
    pull-ups: do any form of pull-ups with strict form for 2 min, ex: go from wide grip to close grip, then switch to alternating or circulars just so long as your when you're switching your legs dont touch the ground (you're still hanging on the bar)

    dip ramp: something you see on a park playground alot. same as pull-up bars, ex: switch from traditional dips to bench esque dips to chest dips to leg raises/knee raises so long as your feet don't touch the ground when you're transitioning

    pushups: switch from hindus, normal, explosive, diamonds, alternating etc

    squats:could transition from pirson squats to jmping squats etc.

    30,20,15,15,15,10,10 diving bombers/hindu pushups
    40,35,30,25,20,15,10 calf raises
    40,30,20,10,-failure- dips
    20,20,15,15,10 weighted lunges
    20,20,20,20 pushups
    x1
    .5 mile run (under 2:55)

    20 sec rest inbetween exercises and sets

    5 power cleans
    5 push n' jerks
    5 front squats
    5 deadlift
    5 power cleans

    *same weight (75% weight) no rest inbetween

    x1
    10 weighted pullups
    20 chain pushups
    30 prison squats
    40 calf raises

    *no rest inbetween

    x1
    20,20,20 bench press (50% max rep)
    20 pushups

    *30 sec rest inbetween (excluding pushups)

    35 sec rest inbetween each set
