15,15,15 skullcrushers
21,21,21 twenty-ones
15,15,15 push n' jerk (75% max rep)
35,30,25,20,20,15,15,10,10 dips
40,35,30,20,20,10,10,5,5 pushups
15 sec rest between each set 10 sec rest between each exercise
Add 20 minutes of jumping rope at the beginning and end and you are there .
I do 6 minute interval jump roping and ab exercises at the begginning for warm up then end with another 6 min intervel rope with back exercises, but I will try just straight 15 minutes. Thanks

*freestyle:
pull-ups: do any form of pull-ups with strict form for 2 min, ex: go from wide grip to close grip, then switch to alternating or circulars just so long as your when you're switching your legs dont touch the ground (you're still hanging on the bar)
dip ramp: something you see on a park playground alot. same as pull-up bars, ex: switch from traditional dips to bench esque dips to chest dips to leg raises/knee raises so long as your feet don't touch the ground when you're transitioning
pushups: switch from hindus, normal, explosive, diamonds, alternating etc
squats:could transition from pirson squats to jmping squats etc.
