So, since wrestling has ended and my school is moving up a class, from 3A to 4A, we have a lot of tough teams in the region and I want to get a lot better for next year.

Anyways, I will be starting freestyle two days a week in a few weeks, and I will be wrestling with the junior high coach (2x state champ) for 1 - 3 days a week in addition to that and over the summer. What else should I do to improve as quickly as I can and make me better for next season when it gets tough?
