Help With Off Season Training
My first wrestling season has officially ended (freshman). I wrestled 145 and sometimes 152 in matches. I hate wrestling at this weight because most athletes I face a bigger/stronger than me. I've lost several matches because a wrestler just out muscled my technique. My alpha body fat was 11.47% body fat. I want to get down to 135 or maybe lower. Is that goal possible for me? Also many of my teammates either weight cut during October or September, is that a good thing to do or should I weight cut gradually during the off season? Also my friend recommended I should take Creatine to build muscle, but I want to weight cut, should I take small doses of it or not do it at all? I'm looking for some friendly advice any will help. Thank you very much.

Re: Help With Off Season Training
Why cut weight when you can LOSE weight. It's called working hard, eating right, and being smart.
