gator rolls?

if anyone is not aware what the move is its like a cement mixer or somethin... well, i want to know if these are effective, and if not, how can i cuz i love this move and i hit this on people in practice

well the thing about this move is it is dangerous, u have to roll to ur back to do it and if u get caught then u get screwed, but thr was another post on here about the gator roll, if i find it ill post the link

Practice the move first. If your coach says you have correct form and you are comfortable with it, I say, keep it in your arsenal.
