    Default High crotch?

    When I was watching my teammates and other schools do it, some people take a step forward for their shot with their lead foot coming off the ground (I do this) and some other people just shoot. So which one am I supposed to do?

    I like to have my feet moving and take an actual penentration step, not just a knee drop. This insures that you penetrate THROUGH the hips not just to them.
