Moves for long arms

I have long arms and legs. However, my arms are especially long(about 2 inches away from my knees). Are there any moves that incorporate long arms or should I just try to get really good at riding legs?

Cradles, you should be able to kill people with cradles. There was another thread like this for lankier guys.

A few things they mentioned on it were throw bys from an underhook, riding legs, etc.
