3/4 half from sprawl and Cradles from every direction one thing ive been practicing is a real quick 8 points all you do is takedown gut wrench and when you gut wrench them you leg in then you power half them i got 8 points in 23 seconds in a match like that works real good

Definitely reinforced arm bar. You can stack, tilt, or run it around his head. Gotta love a move with options.

I use a head and arm from standing, a grasshopper from top, and a peterson into a head and arm from bottom.
