hell yes this is one of the best pins you can get 1. its from a takedown so even if they escape your 5 points ahead the 103 varsity on are team head n arms everyone in matches and tournements all you need to do is get it down really fast and control it once it hits the mat

This move is great in high school. I use it all the time and i've gotten alot of pins from it but be careful to watch your wieght and how far u step in because it can get reversed on u fairly easy
